FLOOD ALERT: Area roads have been marked with high water signs and should be observed. Motorists should also be aware signage may fail at times and motorists should proceed with caution when traveling around the lake area. Red Bridge boat ramp is usable, but proceed with caution. Boaters should be aware of floating debris on the lake, including entire trees as well as small driftwood. Power boating and water skiing are discouraged. In addition, debris frequently collects on launching ramps as the wind direction changes, resulting in closure of a ramp until it can be cleared. Currently waters are slowly receding, however conditions change as precipitation moves through the Mississinewa water shed. All camping areas except for the youth tent area are currently open.
